Appointment Booking Density Reports

 

Within appointment scheduling, it’s good to know how full the schedules are.

For example, if a physician is scheduled to work 35 hours, how many of those hours are booked with appointments, and how many are still available.

It would be good to see this booking report extended out several months.

 

There is a new report under #3.7 of Appointment System Maintenance.

This utilizes Fancy Templates.  Some offices use the templates to schedule miscellaneous slots, for example:  catch up,  walk-in, work-in, etc  and they may not want these to be counted as available slots.  We can control this via rpappt2.crd.  This file is optional.
