Enhanced Report Parameters

CyberMed report parameters are stored in a library format for easy retrieval and use.  Up to 20 different parameter sets for each report are possible.

Here are enhancements for version 9.6.

1.      Password Protection:  Important reports can be password protected so no unauthorized changes can occur.  This allows important reports to be configured just once and run many times.  Without the password, the only fields that can be changed will be the date ranges.

2.      Last Date Run:  Each of the 20 parameters will have the last date run. This allows a user to decide which old reports are no longer used and can be recycled.

3.      Month End:  Reports can be designated to be automatically run as part of month end. (This was actually a Ver 9.5 feature, but we are reminding users)

4.      Import / Export :  There was previously a COPY feature that allowed you to duplicate an existing report and make changes.  However this only applied to reports within one database.  For clients that have multiple databases, there  was no way to copy parameters across different database.

5.      Delete:  Parameter choices can be deleted and marked as Not in Use
