Monthly Operator Productivity Reports

On each server,  (eg  zybpam1,  zybvpn1,  keller),  /u/zybex/edi/ allmtd.lst  will contain a list of which databases to process.

Run allmtd from /u/zybex/edi  to get report on all the databases at one time.  When run from the ./edi/ directory,  the date for dayfile compare will be the actual date dayfile was closed, not the working date. That way, we can gauge operator productivity per month, even if the client doesn’t close the month right at month end.

 

ALLMTD will create allmtd_MMYY_<zybpam1>.txt which is an EXCEL comma delimited file.  This file will be  ftp’d to zybexd1:/u/zybex/allmtd/

 

After allmtd has been run on each individual server, we log onto zybexd1.

On zybexd1, :/u/zybex/allmtd/  we will bkdoor sumallmtd.run.  This will produce summaries by operator and client, browseable.  The created reports will be copied to  /usr/internet/ns_httpd/httpd-80/htdocs/csr/pam/
