Instead of taking a paper EOB and cut / paste / blanking out SS# and names,  you can send along only the patients you need.

1.      Enter the Check #.  You can enter  ? to get list of Checks.

2.      Enter uo to 20 Chart #s, and only those patients will print on the EOB.  To print entire EOB, enter 0 for Chart.

3.      Private payers you can download EOB’s for include Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Pacificare, United Health, etc.
