Appointment Scheduling Colors

In the appointment system, you can utilize color to help distinguish different types of appointments and templates.

Default Colors:

GREEN: Slot is available

ORANGE: Slot is scheduled as OFF

RED: Slot is scheduled as OUT

WHEAT Slot has an appointment

We recommend setting colors on EITHER each Service type, or each Template, but not both.

Situation 1: Setting Color on Templates

You would like COLOR to help you find an available slot. But you want to have certain slots reserved for special appointments, like Surgery, New Patients, Physicals, etc. You accomplish this by setting up Templates, and assigning different colors to each template. You get different colors only if slot is empty.

Situation 2: Setting Color on each Service Type.

You want to be alerted to special types of appointments that are already booked. For example, you want your Surgeries and New Patients to have special colors.
In this scenario, you get different colors if appointments are made.

You can also set colors for each Resource. This color appears in the column headings.
