The Zybex SMS service is intended for individual, one-to-one business and customer communications. It is not intended for unsolicited advertising, mass promotional messaging, bulk messaging, or purchased contact lists.

9.1 How Users Opt In

Users may opt in through the Zybex SMS web sign-up form located at:

To opt in, the user must:

  1. Enter their mobile phone number in the form
  2. Review the SMS consent disclosure
  3. Actively check the SMS consent checkbox
  4. Submit the completed form

The SMS consent checkbox will not be preselected.

By checking the SMS consent checkbox and submitting the form, the user expressly agrees to receive SMS communications from Zybex at the mobile number provided.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving another Zybex service.

9.2 Types of SMS Messages

Users who opt in may receive individual messages from Zybex relating to:

9.5 Opting Out

Users may stop receiving Zybex SMS messages at any time by replying:

After replying STOP, the user will receive an opt-out confirmation and will receive no further SMS messages from that Zybex number unless the user later opts in again.

Other supported opt-out keywords may include:

9.7 Mobile Information and Consent

9.8 Carrier and Service Availability

SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability, device compatibility, network conditions, service interruptions, and other technical factors outside Zybex’s control.

Zybex does not guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered immediately or successfully.

Not all mobile devices or carriers may support every messaging feature.

9.9 User Responsibilities

Zybex may modify, suspend, or discontinue its SMS service at any time.

Changes to these SMS Terms will not remove a user’s right to opt out by replying STOP.
